Northern Trust is looking for a Appian/Java Technical Lead to join its Investment Client Admin team. This individual as part of an Agile development team, will be responsible for analysis, design and development of user interface and web services components that meet business and technical requirements.
Major Duties
· Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
· Develop UI interface components, process flows, process events, agents and services, based on BPD documents that fit within technical framework, as outlined by Process Flow architects.
· Provides technical expertise at the highest level including training/leadership/guidance to other application or infrastructure architecture staff, ensuring secure coding and robust architecture guidelines are met.
