Technical Qualification/ Knowledge:
· Total IT experience: Over 8+ years
· Minimum IAM experience: Over 7 years which includes technology implementation, upgrades, migration, architecting and IAM processes build in Azure AD
· Must have technology experiences: Azure AD, AD Servers Administration, ADFS, AAD Connect, AADC, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
· Excellent understanding of RBAC
· Experienced in transforming manual user & access management processes to automated ones using IAM technologies.
· Configuration, Administration & Design experience on any 3 of the following areas:
· o Identity Management
· o Access Governance
· o Access Management
· o Advanced/Adaptive Authentication
· o Directory Services
· o Federated Authentication and Identity Management
· o Consumer / B2C IAM
· o Vendor / Partner / B2B IAM
· Other IAM technologies experience for the above includes but not limited to:
· o IAM Suites of Okta, Sailpoint, Oracle, Ping, ForgeRock, Microfocus/NetIQ, CA, IBM, Transmit Security, CallSign, Saviynt
· Excellent documentation, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
· Java or .Net development background preferred
· Other preferred IAM skills
· IAM Connectors & Plugins development background preferred
