·      Attend to the assigned calls, understand the requirement or issue. Take necessary inputs and resolve within the stipulated timelines

·      Analysis of the problem and run sql queries if required for troubleshoot and understand.

·      To understand the application functionality including process and accounting related

·      Publishing of periodic MIS

·      Design and Prepare new MIS reports.

·      Understand adhoc requirement basis call logged

·      Extract data and share data with user along with logic details

·      Reconciliation of suspense and product GLs

·      Identify the root cause and follow up on rectification with application team

·      Reporting of outstanding/differences to respective stake holders

·      Enable supporting operations team in having Business Impact analysis and Recovery Document

·      Periodic follow up with stakeholders for timely submission of drill calendar

·      Ensure drills are conducted by relevant teams

·      Submission of drill documents and critical review of drills to determine the performance of drill

·      Support operation units during their Internal/External Audit

·      Maintenance of Products, Masters, Interest Rates in the application as requested

·      Ensure that the requests received are supported by appropriate approvals as per the defined matrix

·      Ensure that these requests approvals are stored safely for future audit

·      Ensure that the maintenance is carried out within appropriate timelines and communicated accordingly

·      Knowledge transfer and training between BCP locations

·      Insight and understanding of parameters and their dependencies in Retail Banking applications

·      To liaise with vendor/Application teams for any clarification required

·      Coordination with respective business / Ops stake holder

·      Co-ordinate with other units within BTG on various actions like

·      Project progress

·      Funding Proposal Closure

·      IS Audit Closure

·      Information Security actionable

·      Other statutory / regulatory actionable

·      IT Governance related to Change and Release Management

·      Generate periodic MIS to senior management on the various items under tracking

·      Organize periodical senior management meeting including Projects Steering Committee meetings and publish Minutes and track actionable

·      Ensure periodic review of ITGRC and track closure of anomalies observed

·      Co-ordination with Internal audit in tracking and closure of IS audit observations.

·      Should be able to handle medium size team, responsible for project cycle right from requirement gathering, drafting, planning, UAT Testing, obtaining necessary sign-off and implementation in production and post-Go-Live support.

·      Understanding business processes and business requirements of internal customers and translating them into specific software requirements.

·      Understanding the technical designs as well as the specifications.

·      Conducting UAT for effective implementation of software requirements.

·      Rendering system support and training to End Users as part of BAU (Business as usual) from early morning till late evening hours.

·      Acting as an interface amongst business units, technology teams and support teams.

·      Handling project related documentations and managing system compliance related requirements.

Imparting training on application enhancements to various stakeholders like business users, auditors and support teams.
