1. Project Management in Agile on collaborative tools
2. Sound understanding of XML,JSON, XSDs, and various messaging patterns utilizing XML

4. Take up enhancements and bug fixes with IT , vendor, create detailed documents and flow diagrams
5. Project tracking, delivery management
6. Create and implement management plans for every project, understand business requirements
7. Prepare test cases and Scenario and knowledge on automation of testing
8. Preparation of Dashboards, presentations for management updates
9. API versioning mechanisms and ways to ensure backward compatibility

11. Ability to connect with people, empathize with their problems, and at the same time with clarity and focus gently steer them into practices that will ensure a consistent enterprise API model
12. Manual or automation testing in industry standard tools
13. work with multiple teams within the organization and outside of it, in order to drive consistency, best practices and efficient integration architecture
14. Work assignment and tracking tasks with team in alignment with management decisions
15. Cost approvals and budget approvals
16. Customer support for Partner onboarding and testing
17. Analysing and implementing industry best practices in line with management
18. Managing partner , production support escalations
19. Team and vendor management
20. Working on micro services , Open Banking APIs and Cloud based services and ESB along with IT team
21. Strong presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, with attention to detail. Good Team player. Excellent client relationship qualities
