Manage the delivery of complex, global, business-critical enterprise application projects throughout the project lifecycle from project planning and initiation through project close
Develop fully resourced project plans with milestones and defined deliverables
Effectively lead project teams in a coordinated manner to achieve the desired results
Work with Clean Harbors business and IT to gain agreement on project scope
Prepare project charters and conduct project kickoffs
Build and execute communication plans
Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to mitigate the risks
Maintain project information in designated systems
Monitor and report on project status, as appropriate, to all levels of Clean Harbors
Track issues and manage to a timely resolution, escalating as necessary
Manage the project change control process
Monitor quality of project deliverables and ensure adherence to standards and processes
Oversee the various project testing and training cycles
Develop cutover and contingency plans and manage execution of the cutover process
Execute project close activities including turnover of deliverables and documentation of lessons learned
Chair BEST/ Steering Committee Meetings for assigned projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Provide recommendations for process improvements and best practices
