Job Description
Candidate must have strong hands on expertise in design and development of Core Java applications & good on spring & its frameworks. The candidate will analyze user requirements, envision system features and functionality. Prepare functional and technical development specifications to build high performance reference data stores for our trading systems. Candidate will interface with global team of developers and business users. Preform proof of concepts in the new areas of development. The candidate will support continuous improvement of the automated systems. Participate in all aspects of SDLC (analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation). Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

ï Create test models for release testing (plans, data and scripts) including the identification, collection and/or creation of test data
ï Develop, update and maintain quality testing standards and procedures
ï Communicate effectively with customers and software vendors as appropriate
ï Assist in the planning, creation and control of the test environment(s)
ï Follow standard testing methodology frameworks, testing processes as a standard
ï Co-ordinate testing specific release activities
ï Create test models for release testing (plans, data and scripts) pate in structured walk-through and peer reviews
ï Participate in the coordination and execution of release testing
ï Participate in Lessons Learned as appropriate
ï Identify defects and questionable functionality; manage defects through to closure
ï Resolve issues with unclear requirements and achieve a successful result
ï Triage and solve complex problems using structured troubleshooting methodologies
ï Work independently as well as work collaboratively in a team environment
5+ years of experience in Performance Testing. Should be proficient with:
Various performance testing tools e.g. Jmeter (preferred), Silk performer (Mandatory)
Various monitoring tools (e.g. Introscope, AppDynamics)
Various programming languages (e.g. Java, VBScript, Python, C, C++, C# and ADA’95) and Database (Oracle DB). Experienced in writing SQL queries
Testing analysis/design, planning and execution.
Test management tools (e.g. JIRA/Zephyr/Capture/Confluence).
Other functional and non-functional testing (e.g. functional testing, production proving, security, accessibility & oat)
Application of modern testing and quality practices and techniques used with Agile methodologies i.e. Test Driven Development, etc. in Continuous integration and delivery.
The end-to-end Systems Development Lifecycle.
The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to peers.
We are looking for a Test Manager, who can work on End to End test Management, defining test strategy for large scale programme cutting across Front to Back systems, can manage the environments for test purposes, effective decision making skills and work with Sr. Stakeholders on various sets of agreement
