  1. Ability to own & drive the customer support process- from the receipt of a service request to coordinating it’s resolution with the tech team and finally close the loop out with the customer
  2. Manage Product Support ticket tool
  3. Request triaging and priority assessment
  4. Request resolution validation and customer communication
  5. Weekly status and SLA reporting
  6. Ability to connect business issues to technical issues and identify resolution methods with the development team
  7. Ensure that dev issues are logged appropriately and taken to release cycles
  8. Separate dev issues from implementation issues
  9. Troubleshoot implementation issues and take them to closure
  10. Conduct implementation QA when there are new releases
  11. Participate & contribute in continuous process and product improvement discussions
  12. Train peers and juniors to bring them onboard as necessary
  13. Skills
  14. Excellent communication skills – Can hold customer conversations and help resolve issues over call and emails
  15. Assertive and confident personality – capable of working in a cross-function scenario and getting and ensuring commitments are kept.
  16. Tech background preferable - Coding/Testing/Implementation background is a definite bonus (especially with SaaS platforms)
  17. Comfortable working with excels/data scripts in driving comparisons in data to deciphering logs (backend based validations)
  18. Exposure to service request management software and running product support processes
