·      Lead mNAND qualification activities to provide Best in class product Reliability and quality performance

·      Develop and communicate the product Readiness Plan for all new mNAND programs

·      Work closely with the Software team to align qualification/customer requirements and delivery of qualification suite

·      Provide Technical expertise to the team for qualification methods and debugging of qual issues

·      Statistical Analysis of failure rate and fail mechanism to identify the product Risk and mitigation plans

·      Design and Develop Data Analytics scripts/tools to analyze the product qualification data to analyze the behavior of the system and field usage to provide direction for product qualification

·      Understand customer quality and reliability requirements and how to align Micron’s process to appropriately support those requirements.

·      Drive process and Design improvements with the development team for new products and provide reliability expertise as needed
