Execution of audits / physical verification and other assignment Ensure accurate and timely completion of Internal Audit plan Perform field work on assigned areas and present audit findings to respective process owner Suggest opportunities for process improvements, strengthen control environment Work with co-sourcing partner for execution of audits and publishing audit reports Manage special projects as per requirement
Reporting of control weakness Prepare accurate and timely reports on audit findings, including recommendations on improvements within 3 days from closing meeting Update IA Head on any process changes / arising risks / irregularities in processes on timely basis Timely closure of audit findings Track open audit findings and ensure accurate and timely closure of action plans
Risk Management To facilitate risk committee meetings one month before the risk committee meetings of board Stakeholders communication Responsible for managing good relationship and continuous dialogue across all functions and ground levels staff at plant
