· This role monitors the compliance at Department and Organisation level. The primary responsibility of the incumbent is to establish and continuously improve a consistent compliance framework for the identification, management, monitoring and reporting of Compliance risks and issues.
· The role provides functional support to internal departments in areas of compliance with regulatory bodies, monitoring and testing of adherence to regulatory requirements, reporting requirements of regulator, etc.
· Handling compliance monitoring tools and support branches & various units of the Bank to promote the Compliance culture.
· Adequate exposure to the Compliance Monitoring and Testing framework and implementation.
