Responsibilities

·        Deliver user interface design visualization with a good understanding of User Interface Guidelines, Patterns and Standards (Windows, iOS, Android and Enterprise Design Sytems)

·        Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints

·        Support UX and Tech teams in visualizing interface and provide expertise in graphic design, interface design, navigation design and form design

·        Design logos, icons, and infographics

·        Closely collaborate with UX and business teams to solve complex issues, like information hierarchy, interaction models, and data visualization

·        Closely collaborate with front-end developers and provide design assets and specifications.

·        Review developed design for design standards, heuristics and consistency.

·        Work with a component library

·        Juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations

·        Consulting with the project team and determining visual design preferences and expectations.

·        Designing original graphics with unique colors, shapes, and typography fonts

·        Submitting visual design concepts for brainstorming and approval in a timely manner.

·        Meeting with the project team for feedback and edit designs when required.

·        Keeping track of advancements in visual design technologies and applications, as well as industry trends.

Requirements

·        Educational qualifications in Design or Visual Arts is preferred

·        Certification based trainings in HCI or Usability Engineering or UX is preferred 

·        5+ years work experience as a Visual Designer / UI Designer or similar role preferred

·        Strong Portfolio of related works (e.g. User interface, logos, icons, animations, and graphics)

·        A strong theoretical foundation and practical work examples in visual design, typography, information design, interface design, responsive design and data visualization is a must

·        Hands-on experiences with image editing and digital sketching software, like Sketch, Design Studio, Photoshop, Indesign, Adove XD and Adobe Illustrator

·        Knowledge of HTML/CSS a plus

·        Ability to meet deadlines while working on multiple projects
