o Responsible for the daily operations of the IAM solutions, work collaboratively with the business teams, development teams, testing teams to ensure successful BAU operations of the IAM infrastructure.
§ Co-define IAM Operations’ service levels, and metrics with IAM Service owners.
§ Lead the IAM Operations team to ensure deliverables are met within Service Level Agreements (SLA). Analyze & report periodic IAM service performance metrics.
§ Collaborate with IAM engineering Delivery, business teams, testing teams to maintain an ongoing IAM strategy aligned with State Street’s business objectives.
§ Provide technology leadership and direction to internal and outsourced IAM teams for Directory Services, IAM, and PAM platform escalations and incident response.
§ Communicate effectively with management as well as customers to identify needs and evaluate alternate technical solutions and strategies.
§ Troubleshoot and support IAM tools such as Directory services, Access Management, Identity Provisioning, Privileged Access Management, and supporting applications/systems.
§ Prepare and maintain documentation including SOPs, resiliency plans, incident response materials and runbooks for IAM Services.
§ Prepare root cause analysis and post mortem incident analysis reports.
§ Lead response activities including working with business teams to report on status of service restoration activities.
§ Participate in audits and other compliance assessment activities as needed to assist with meeting compliance deadlines.
§ Augment production support team(s) to ensure sufficient coverage time overlap for current & future IAM services.
§ Work closely with business and application owners to analyze, configure and add new services as necessary.
§ Identify service improvement opportunities and collaborate with IAM service owners for prioritization. Supports and delivers overall continuous improvement, cost reduction and performance of the services.
§ Maintain patches and upgrades on a regular basis, upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
§ Provide input and requirements during process and control design by IAM service delivery team.
§ Coordinate with cyber security team(s) to ensure solution assurance and compliance to security policy, procedures, standards and baseline security configurations.
§ The IAM Operations Lead will participate in the IAM On-Call (off hours) rotation and will sometimes be required to work evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.
§ Oversee operational integrity of IAM tools, systems and infrastructure (e.g., technical or process changes that could impact services).
§ Responsible for the monitoring, measuring, performance, availability, security, recovery and throughput of IAM services.

§ Implement a comprehensive strategy to deliver continuous improvements to our systems security posture
