Corporate Communications & PR

·     Develop and execute a strategic communication & PR plan to enhance the company's corporate image and reputation.

·     Manage and maintain positive relationships with media contacts, influencers, and key stakeholders to secure media coverage and maximize brand exposure.

·     Responsible for creating engaging content for various channels, including press releases, articles, blog posts, social media posts, and website content in coordination with respective agencies and partners

·     Plan and coordinate media events, press conferences to generate media interest and coverage for the company and the brand

·     Support our CSR partner (MMF) for Digital marketing, content strategy, Social media management and other marketing & communication activities

·     Monitor media coverage and social media conversations to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and develop appropriate responses.

Employer branding & Internal communications

·     Develop and manage internal communication and employer branding strategies

·     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide communication support for various internal activities and initiatives

·     Create employer branding campaigns and content in line with the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) of the organisation and its further deployment on Social media and other professional networks.

·     Create and implement ideas for employee engagement and activations.

·     To work towards making Finolex Pipes & Fittings a preferred employer in the industry and across other sectors

·     To be a brand of choice for job seekers, students, gender diversity, inclusiveness, varied cultural background and contributor towards society

·     Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging communication technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
