Working with Product Engineering, Business teams and Micron’s customer facing teams, you will collaborate with Global teams to develop qualification plans for new MNAND programs, monitor qualification progress and provide the Global Quality recommendation for product Qualification and Ship Release decisions.</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(54, 71, 89);\">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Post product qualification phase, you will work with Manufacturing, Product Engineering and Failure Analysis teams to monitor the outgoing quality and reliability to insure product continues to meet established specifications and customer expectations.</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(54, 71, 89);\">·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;As a key Non-volatile Quality Reliability Assurance (NVMQRA) leader, you will oversee area workflow and priorities, determine resource needs and ensure overall area performance to plan is achieved. You will manage the overall performance and development of team members for which you will be expected to provide regular performance feedback, establish goals and development plans, and provide opportunities to expand skills and career growth.</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(54, 71, 89);\">As part of the Subject Matter Expert team for MNAND quality and reliability, you will interact regularly with teams from other sites and departments to maintain alignment, improve area efficiencies and foster working relationships. You will also provide guidance and direction for the disposition of non-conforming system product. You will establish and monitor functional area performance metrics to identify and implement continual improvement opportunities.
